It is our aim to ensure that our clients have a year round comfortable environment, whether we are maintaining the efficiency, performance and cleanliness of your air conditioning system during the summer months or ensuring the reliability and safety of your heating system during the winter.

Whether you require a one off visit to repair or service your equipment or wish to implement a full Planned Preventative Maintenance regime, we have a team of fully qualified, experienced engineers ready to provide the very top quality service that our clients have come to expect.

Our Planned Maintenance Contracts are planned and controlled by our new Maintenance Management software which allows accurate control of all tasks whether weekly, monthly etc. with real time updates to our offices in Wallington keeping us informed of the status/progress of all works.

Our clients can be provided with a Portal into our system to allow them to be up to date with all Maintenance taking place at their premises.

In addition to our Planned and Reactive Maintenance services we also offer a 24 hour, 365 day per year emergency and breakdown callout facility to our contracted clients. We guarantee that we will attend to any callout within 4 hours, 24 hours per day.

We also carry out the replacement of all plant and systems whether as a result of failure or as part of a planned refurbishment program.
